The store was left unmanned for what seemed to be an hour. I reached there at 3.40pm on 29 december 2025, yet the sign said "out for break. 4.45pm". There was no staff behind the counter. I have never given a bad review before, but I would give this zero stars if I could. Horrible service, or should I say non-existent service. There should always be at least 2 people working per day in the shop, so if one person has an emergency, the other can still manage the shop.

We didn’t have high hopes for the matcha here, but $6 for watered-down milk with just a sprinkle of matcha powder is pretty underwhelming—especially for a matcha-focused kiosk. There was no effort in frothing the matcha, and the service was cold and impersonal. Honestly, a good instant matcha latte would do a better job. For just $2 more, you’re better off walking to the basement of Ngee Ann City for a far superior experience.
