I It is more expensive than other Restaurants. I cannot recommend this restaurant. It is probably the most dirty Indian restaurant on the spot, no cleaning, and pigeons on the tables. …

This is a must eat in Lau Pa Sat! I’m not into Indian food but got two portions of this. Try the garlic cheese naan and butter chicken, you won’t regret it!

Probs best tikka masala, dal fry and dal makahani we’ve ever had. Butter chicken didn’t really taste like butter chicken but was still very tasty as was the masala chicken. Both times we’ve been they’ve been out of naan but are going to go a third time to try to get it. Worth going out of the way for and finding.

I hope this place never changes! I’ve been coming here for a little over 5 years and for me, it’s the best Indian food. I’ve traveled a lot (including to India) and this is the food I dream of eating (and wish I could cook myself). So I make it a point to come here every time I’m back in Singapore. The butter chicken is to die for. I also love the tikka masala. The samosas are super good as well. And I love that green sauce, even tho I’m not sure what’s in it. The naans are still the biggest I’ve ever seen! I could go on, but anyways, if you’re in Singapore and craving some good Indian food, look no further!!

I recently visited Delhi Express at Lau Pa Sat and tried their butter chicken and lachha paratha. The butter chicken was average in taste, while the lachha paratha was underwhelming—undercooked and lacking the crispy, flaky layers you’d expect. Portion sizes were generous, making it a filling meal at a reasonable price. However, given the average taste, you might find better options nearby for a similar or slightly higher price. The restaurant operates as a self-service counter, so service wasn’t a factor here. We found the seating area clean and not overly crowded, which was nice given Lau Pa Sat’s usually busy atmosphere. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re in Lau Pa Sat and craving Indian food, but if you’re after quality and flavor, you may want to explore other Indian restaurants nearby.
