I waited for more than 30 minutes just to place an order at Bras Basah , but when I tried to check with the staff, I was completely ignored. Not even bothered to tell me to come back later or explain the delay. Poor and disrespectful to customers.

Always go to Eunos branch which is fantastic. This bras Basah branch standard is utterly disappointing. Soup is so bland. Noodles is soggy. Liver over cooked. Very little ingredients. Meat in dumplings not fresh. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered item number 3 with Mee Kia noodles. The noodles were done very nicely, light and springy and it tasted great. …
