DONQ EDITER and Mini One is a Japanese bakery located at B4-08 of ION Orchard, representing DONQ's first store to open outside of Japan. DONQ is a beloved Japanese bakery renowned for its onsite-scratch baking method, performing the entire baking process from scratch in-store to deliver the authentic taste of French bread with Japanese quality standards. Complementing DONQ's artisan breads is Mini One, which provides a delightful array of grab-and-go treats including mini croissants, mochi and cheesecakes. The combination allows customers to choose between premium loaves for home consumption and bite-sized pastries for immediate snacking. The ION Orchard location places the bakery in one of Singapore's most prestigious shopping malls, where it attracts both Japanese expatriates seeking familiar tastes and local bread enthusiasts who appreciate the precision of Japanese baking. The stall has additional outlets at Westgate, and its entry into Singapore reflects the island's appetite for high-quality Japanese baked goods that blend French technique with Japanese attention to detail.Based on 81 Google reviews
