Seafood white bee hoon stall at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market
East Seafood White MeeHoon specialises in seafood white bee hoon, a dish featuring smooth rice vermicelli cooked in a flavourful seafood broth. Situated at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market & Hawker Centre, the stall is recognised for its milky, umami-rich soup base derived from simmering seafood bones and shells. Each bowl comes topped with fresh prawns, sliced fish, and vegetables, delivering a satisfying meal that highlights the natural sweetness of seafood. The white bee hoon style, distinguished by its clear broth rather than the darker braised version, has become increasingly popular across Singapore hawker centres. Seafood white Beehoon. The Beehoon taste is ok, crayfish is ok, but the prawns is not so fresh! Certainly the price of Beehoon is ok @ $25! The fried prawn roll is so-so only.
