Appalled to buy some headphones at this store & open the box to find disgusting, used, broken products. Staff sniggered as my children purchased these & it was soon apparent why when we got home. Worst purchase ever made, we will be returning these for a refund. Postscript: the store was very responsive on Whatsapp when messaged about this and we obtained a full refund when the goods were returned to the store.

I hv been buying my games from GameMartz for many years, but I find myself going to the Bugis outlet more often than not. The staff there is consistently helpful and very knowledgeable about the games. Even when they have not tried out the games for themselves, they would suggest that I look at YouTube videos so that I can make a more informed decision in my purchase.
