Lady boss damn rude. Instruct me to put the tray like I am her maid. She wanted to see my paynow payment approval and she doesnt bother to tell me to show, instead, she shows body language only.

Albert Centre stall serving springy wanton noodles with a signature chilli-lard sauce.
Hong Kee Wanton Noodle is a well-established stall at Albert Centre Market & Food Centre, known for its classic Singapore-style wanton mee. The dish features springy thin noodles coated in a distinctive chilli-lard sauce, topped with char siew slices and plump wantons. The wantons, filled with seasoned minced pork and wrapped in silky skins, come both in the bowl and as a separate side in clear soup. The stall's chilli sauce is a defining element, providing a piquant kick balanced by the richness of the lard oil. Located in the busy Rochor area, Hong Kee draws a mix of residents, office workers, and tourists exploring the nearby Bugis district. The stall has been a fixture at Albert Centre for years, maintaining a consistency that has earned it a loyal following. Hong Kee Wanton Noodle represents the countless hawker stalls across Singapore that specialise in this beloved noodle dish, each with its own distinct sauce formula and presentation style.Based on 22 Google reviews

Portion is ridiculously small. Two bites only noodles. The vendor was super unfriendly and he shouted to other customer's kid who was trying to collect chopsticks. Suggest to avoid!!

Service was good 👍. Food was normal, nothing special. Chicken feet taste nicer than wanton mee. Portion was rather small.

Randomly chance upon this stall in Tampines while running some errands. Had their wanton noodle which was SGD$3.Besides wanton noodles, they also sell braised chicken feet and dumpling noodle.
Seah Nurain
Nice dry noodle with aromatic sauce and just right flavor. Can enjoy both boiled Wanton and fried too. Not too dry for barbecued pork and the chili can give you a real kick.
