Uncle was rude, dismissive and has poor communication. He told me I couldn’t buy any otah from him but couldn’t explain why. Horrible service. Straight up disrespectful

Famous otah stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre since the 1980s
Hougang Otah is a well-known otah stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre, credited with popularising the Nonya-style grilled fish cake wrapped in banana leaf. The stall has been serving its signature otah for decades, featuring a fragrant blend of mackerel fish paste, coconut milk, chilli and aromatic spices grilled over charcoal for a smoky char. Each piece delivers a soft, slightly springy texture with a harmonious balance of spice and savoury fish flavour. The stall's reputation extends beyond Old Airport Road, with many Singaporeans considering it among the top otah stalls on the island. Its longevity and loyal following are a testament to the consistent quality and authentic taste that have changed little since its Hougang origins.Based on 9 Google reviews

The boss of this otah otah store was very friendly and the variety of otah that is available here is great as well! The price for a piece of otah itself is also very cheap and the shrimp otah was a nice choice! Very rare to find otak otak place these days so I love the fact that this can be found here.
