Extremely RUDE SERVICE. Ordered by mobile order on 1/1/26 at about 7.10pm and was waiting for quite some time alr, noticed that people who came later than me and pressed the machine were getting their drinks first. So we were confused on why our number wasn’t called yet and the app still shows “Still preparing”. My mum went to ask whether our number on mobile order was done, a girl with mid length frizzy curly hair w bangs who was prepping the drinks did NOT respond and did NOT say a word at all. So assuming she didnt understand english we tried to speak in chinese and ask, but yet again NO RESPONSE. A simple “Let me check” would have been sufficient but she blatantly ignored and didnt respond at all. This will obviously make us angry bc why are u being so rude for? Then they took out the drinks and we realised we had been waiting for no reason as it has been done already. If the app only updates after 10 minutes, what is the POINT of having the app for “convenience”, and they could have changed the number on the screen OR shouted it out. So on top of all the rude service we received we also waited for absolutely no reason. Do NOT go here and dont hire rude people who cant respond a simple question. To the girl who was working today at 7pm+ 1/1/26 at the serving counter with the blue mask and frizzy hair, dont work front counter, go pour drinks instead and LEARN SOME MANNERS thank you.

I love Koi! My usual go to order is Oolong Milk Tea with less less bubbles. Pearls are chewwyyyy and tea sooo fragrant! There is a queue on weekends but got my drink pretty quick.

colleague was ordering a drink for me, and i was looking forward to a delicious cup of icecream milkt- LO AND BEHOLD. no more icecream topping?!?! WHAT. WHY? this is downright blasphemous, a massive step back for mankind.. it’s literally a WORLD-ENDING CRIME. what, are you going to substitute it with CHIA SEEDS or something? COME ON MAN. absolutely unbelievable.

I have been to many Koi outlets. This seems to be the slowest service. I waited more than 10min and there were only 2 orders ahead. There were 4-5 staff at the outlet at the time.

Standard KOI Thé, nothing out of the ordinary. Ordered a gula melaka fresh milk with golden pearls, and a peach juice with golden pearls. Total came up to be $11.10. My kids loved the drinks.
