Taiwanese-style mee sua soup at Old Airport Road Food Centre
Mee Sua Geng is a Taiwanese-style mee sua stall at Old Airport Road Food Centre, serving bowls of thin vermicelli in a rich, thickened broth. The stall specialises in mee sua geng, a Taiwanese-style soup featuring fine mee sua noodles in a savoury, starchy broth with various toppings. This style of mee sua is distinct from the local Singaporean version, offering a thicker soup base that is both comforting and flavourful. Located at #01-30, the stall adds variety to the extensive Old Airport Road Food Centre lineup with its Taiwanese influence. Mee Sua Geng is a relatively newer addition to the food centre, bringing cross-cultural flavours to one of Singapore's most established hawker destinations.Based on 11 Google reviews

Oyster mee Sua is lacking a little in flavour but still not too bad. Cheese omelette is good!

Singapore has Singapore style oyster mee sua. The looks of it look like taiwan style but the taste is very different. Mee Sua wise, i prefer taiwanese style, but the winning item here is the oyster. It is sooo fresh and nice that it is so important to eat this. Do put some vinegar and pepper to make this your own. #sgmeesua #oystermeesua #meesua

First time trying Mee Sua Geng at the reopened Old Airport Road Food Centre last night, and it was good! I ordered the mushroom mee sua which was simple but tasty. Real value for money too. CDC vouchers also accepted which is a plus. The staff were helpful too. Thanks! 🙏🏻 …

A decent bowl of prawn mee sua with some mushrooms. Taste was not bad but not the best. $5 for a bowl is quite affordable and if you feel like eating mee sua can try this stall.
