It’s nice until you look closely. The place is inside the clothing store. The main issues are below.
1. The cakes are a joke. I do not remember eating a cake so dry. The picture should say all that needs to be said.
2. Pricing is fantastical for the product. Paid $22 for one coffee and one cake. No problem with price but the product definitely does not keep up.
3. Coffee was acceptable but at these prices, the condition of the cup is not. See attached picture.
Lastly, the sign on the table was ridiculous and more importantly the person who had the audacity to put it needs to be relieved of their duties.

Had a great experience at Ralph’s Lauren Café! The service was excellent, especially from the lovely barista named Jovien, who served us quickly and warmly with a great smile and attitude. A big thank you to Jovien for making my first experience at the café such a great one. Definitely will come back again!

Excellent North American style cakes and cookies. The carrot cake was wonderfully spicy, dense and moist at the same time, with walnuts and a few pieces of pineapple. Closest thing to a magnolia bakery carrot cake you can get here. And the chocolate cake was divine — chocolatey, dense and fudgy. Highly recommend. And love that they have decaf coffee! Counter service, small seating area but 45 time limit so seats will free up regularly. Will come back for my next cake craving for sure.

Small cafe but very cozy. Staff are lovely. Coffee is enjoyable and the pastries are good as well. Slightly pricier from what I'm used to but not unexpected considering location. Can recommend a visit.

coffee and cake was okay, it’s a quiet and relaxing environment too. Just there seems like no one was actually working. They talk amongst themselves, not greeting or guiding you to sit or helping you with order. Don’t understand why they need 4 staff there while only one is making coffee involuntarily.
